How it works
When you choose an NZCB-approved builder and take out the Halo Guarantee, you’re covered for:
10 years for structural defects including weather-tightness issues caused by the builder or their subcontractors
2 years for non-structural defects covering materials and workmanship
Cover that starts at Practical Completion so you get the full benefit of your 10 years of protection
Direct protection: if your builder cannot or will not meet their obligations, Halo steps in.
